hiking salt springs state park - part 2

some more pictures from our labor day hike around salt springs state park . . .

^most of the trail was uneven rocks or forest floor, but a little section was this adorable boardwalk^
^known as penny rock, it is supposedly good luck if you hammer a penny into the rock^
^ryan found a colorful little friend^
^cheerful sunflowers to close out summer and welcome fall, complete with a few bees^

The sunflower with the bee is an unusual picture, very pretty. The scenery is absolutely gorgeous. A little friend for Leko and the same color too.

That little orange buddy is really cute and I love those sunflowers! The boardwalk trail looks much more user-friendly than the slippery rocks.
