over labor day weekend we went apple picking at lakeland orchard with grandma and grandpa. noah has been anxiously waiting until apple season because he has been so excited to pick apples. he happily picked apples, strolled through the orchard, taste tested several apples, and sipped his apple cider.
the last time we picked apples at lakeland was labor day weekend. we wanted to be sure to pick some more before the season ended and lakeland closed, so we headed up to lakeland on saturday morning with grandma to pick some apples.
noah enjoyed picking the honeycrisp apples and he liked the big stick we had to use since they were so high up on the trees!
on labor day, we went up to lakeland orchard to do some apple picking and to check out their apple harvest festival.
noah was really into the apple picking and did a great job picking 13 yummy looking sweet maia apples.

we always look forward to apple picking in the fall, but we haven't been able to go apple picking since 2018! so, we were long overdue to stroll through some rows of apple trees on a beautiful fall day.
on saturday, we went apple picking at brace's orchard with our families and baby noah. we had never been to this apple orchard before so we were excited to check it out.
we picked 70 apples and we’ve been enjoying eating them. we'll have to make something with them soon!
on saturday afternoon, we took a trip to ritter's cider mill with my parents. we love visiting ritter's each year, but didn’t get to go last year.
we walked though the corn maze, visitied the farm animals, and picked out some apples, cider, and doughnuts to take home.
