I'm sure that Noah's Uncle Jeffrey would have been thrilled to be able to play with your little cutie-pie. It's heartbreaking that he is no longer here in person, although we know he is here in spirit. Sending hugs to you and your parents today.
I love that picture. So glad Noah got an opportunity to wear Jeff's outfit. How appropriate a Noah's Ark outfit on Noah. I am sure Jeff is his guardian angel.
