noah had such a great time going strawberry picking so we went again before they were all gone for the season. the strawberries were huge and he had a lot of fun picking them and eating them!
of course he can't visit lakeland without sitting on his favorite pink tractor!

we celebrated ryan's dad's birthday recently at ryan's parents' house. we all got together for some hoagies, cake, and noah entertainment. this guy is always the first one in line to help out with opening presents or packages of any type to see what's inside!
this kid recently found ryan's winter hat and had to try in on even though it was 80 degrees outside. he got a kick out of it!

noah is obsessed with lawn equipment. he has a toy push lawn mower which he loves and uses all of the time. he can't get enough of our lawn mower, weed wacker, and leaf blower. recently, ryan borrowed my parents' riding lawn mower and noah was in his glory checking it out!

we always enjoy a trip to woodbury commons, and we took noah for the first time last summer. it's fun to look around the stores and get something to eat.
we took a trip last week in the evening to celebrate surviving spring dance recital season. even though we didn't buy anything at any of the stores, it was fun to look. we had an early dinner at parm (our favorite) and noah loved it as much as we have for years. between stores noah played at the playground a few times. before heading home we all split a veggie burger, fries, and a milkshake at shake shack, and noah absolutely devoured the veggie burger!
it was a nice little outing before the rain made us head home.

noah enjoyed a little trip to the park for some fun in the sun and heat on a very warm summer evening after dinner recently. it was just the cure for being cooped up inside for so long!
on sunday evening we all got together after working our last spring dance recital of the season for some pizza and ice cream. it was a nice little impromptu celebration for father's day and for surviving dance recital season!
noah was in his glory with his two favorite food groups!
we ended up with a bunch of seed packets, so ryan and noah took some time to plant them. noah's excited to see what grows!
i recently did my annual power washing to get the deck and patio ready for summer. the amount of dirt and pollen that collects is gross.
noah saw this and had to get in on the action. after i was all done, i turned off the power and let the water trickle through for him and he had a grand time!
after picking strawberries, we spent some time at lakeland doing all of noah's favorite activities. he's going to run this place soon!
the dance studio that i teach for had their dance recital this weekend at the theatre and it went great. the show was "british invasion" themed so we had a lot of fun british-themed props. noah really got a kick out of the little british guard that was his size!
the whole house bows down and worships his royal highness, sir leko, who truly does believe the entire universe revolves around him, and who has the least amount of patience of any cat in the world.
